Browsing this site

We do not ask for your location, create an account, set our own cookies or include advertising trackers. Artwork and fonts are served locally. Cloudflare hosts and secures the site and may process technical request data including IP addresses and browser details.

Game waitlists

Each game’s optional waitlist collects an email address, the selected game, signup/consent dates, consent wording version and signup website. With your consent, we use that information for that game’s development and launch emails. Lists stay separate. We do not sell them. Signup is for people aged 16 or older; parents or guardians can sign up on their own behalf.

The records are kept in a private Cloudflare D1 database. Abuse controls use a keyed IP hash and expiring counters; the application does not store raw IP addresses in the waitlist. Expired counters are deleted on later requests. No automatic confirmation email is sent. No release date or early access is promised.

Email delivery

We use Resend to deliver the game updates you requested, from games@taoftware.com. Resend processes recipient addresses, message contents and delivery information for this purpose. Every update includes a removal link; no campaign is sent simply by joining a list.

Leaving a list

Use the management link shown after signup, a removal link in future updates, or email us from your subscribed address. Leaving deletes the active record. Active signups are retained until you leave or at most 12 months after the game’s public launch or cancellation. Provider backups may expire later.
